TRX Training is a form of bodyweight training using suspension straps. It was first developed for the Navy Seals as a convenient way for them to train mobility, core, and strength but don’t let that scare you off if you aren’t a Navy Seal. What makes the TRX Straps so awesome is that no matter what level of fitness you are in, there are modifications that make it possible for you to train up key muscles and movement patterns.
I love it because all you need is one piece of equipment at home that doesn’t take up a ton of space. (No using this piece of equipment to hang your clothes on)
It is also super easy to adjust the amount of resistance you need on the fly with a simple shift your body more forward or backward.
I find that clients can get in a great workout in less than 15 minutes for the upper body, core, and lower body.
Finally, it also automatically engages your core with the movements. For your movements to be clean and functional …this is a must.
